CalcSays (https://calcsays.com) provides calculators that estimate the cost of AI services, and one paid product: a personalized AI-stack cost-audit report. By using the site or buying the report you agree to these terms.

Everything on this site — calculator outputs, audits, and the paid report — is an informational estimate, not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or professional engineering advice. Estimates are computed from published provider prices and stated assumptions (see the methodology); providers change prices without notice, negotiated and enterprise pricing differ from list prices, and your real usage will differ from any model of it. Verify current prices with the provider before making decisions, and make purchasing, architecture, and business decisions at your own judgment and risk.

The AI Stack Cost Audit is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. One purchase allows up to 5 report generations, so you can adjust inputs and rerun. The report's figures are computed by the same deterministic engines as the free calculators; its narrative text is generated by an AI model constrained to those figures. Failed generations do not consume your allowance. The report is licensed for your (or your organization's) internal use; please don't resell or republish it.

Guarantee:if your report does not identify potential savings worth at least 10× its price over a year, email us (or reply to your Stripe receipt) within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. We'll also refund purchases where a technical fault on our side prevented you from generating a report at all. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to bypass purchase verification, no automated scraping of the paid endpoints, no using the report-generation service to attack or overload the site or the underlying AI provider. We may decline service to abusive traffic.

The site and the paid report are provided "as is"without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QQAI.AI INC.'s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or the paid report is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is $0 if you only used the free tools). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including decisions made in reliance on estimates.

OpenAI, GPT, Anthropic, Claude, Google, Gemini, DeepSeek, Midjourney, Stripe and all other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. CalcSays is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI provider. Price data is sourced as described on each calculator and in the methodology; it may lag the provider's current pricing.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
